浅析乌海市千里山水库旱限水位的确定

Analysis on the Determination of Dry Water Level of Qianlishan Reservoir in Wuhai City

2011年,我国水利部颁布了《旱限水位(流量)确定办法》,其中指出水库抗旱的关键就是旱限水位的确定和控制,并提出了旱限水位确定的具体计算方法,为我国水库抗旱特征确定了指标,有效地指导了水资源的合理分配。本文就乌海市千里山水库的旱限水位确定进行分析计算,旨在降低水库缺水的概率,提高水库抗旱的能力。

In 2011,the Ministry of Water Resources of China promulgated the"Measures for Determination of Drought Limit Water Level(Flow)",which pointed out that the key to drought resistance in reservoirs is the determination and control of the drought limit water level,and put forward the specific calculation method for determining the drought limit water level.It determines the index for the drought resistance characteristics of reservoirs in China and effectively guides the rational allocation of water resources.This paper analyzes and calculates the determination of the drought-limited water level of Qianlishan Reservoir in Wuhai City,aiming at reducing the probability of water shortage in the reservoir and improving the ability of the reservoir to resist drought.
