本文研究的车辆监控平台的设计与实现,主要面向救灾支援行动。通过该项目研究,实现运输投送车辆的管理系统化、信息化、实时化。车辆监控中心为每个管理者都配备了客户端,因此他们可以实现不受时间、地域的限制观察车辆以及道路的实时动态,可以随时随地对车辆进行监控与管理,从而根据全局的状况来对车辆进行调度。

This paper studies the design and implementation of vehicle monitoring platform,mainly for disaster relief support operations.Through the research of this project,the management of transport delivery vehicles is systematized,informationized and real-time.Since each manager is equipped with the client of the vehicle monitoring center,the manager can conveniently observe the real-time dynamics of vehicles and roads,and can realize monitoring and management of vehicles anytime and anywhere without limitation of time and region,so as to schedule vehicles according to the global situation.
