摘要
本文基于2008-2016年中国省份面板数据,考察营商环境优化对区域创新效率的影响。研究发现,营商环境显著地提升了区域创新效率,且结论具有稳健性;营商环境对区域创新效率的影响存在显著异质性。本文结论为进一步优化营商环境提高创新高效性以实现经济健康长效发展提供政策建议。
Based on the panel data of Chinese provinces from 2008 to 2016,this paper examines the impact of optimization of business environment on regional innovation efficiency.The study found that the business environment has significantly improved regional innovation efficiency,and the conclusion was robust;the impact of business environment on regional innovation efficiency was significantly heterogeneous.The conclusions of this paper provide policy suggestions for further optimizing the business environment to improve efficiency of innovation and to achieve healthy and long-term development.
