摘要
使用AVL HYDSIM燃油喷射系统仿真平台对高压共轨燃油系统进行参数优化设计,主要针对进油阀升程和进回油量孔直径进行了优化,同时对额定工况下高压油泵和喷油器性能进行分析。重点研究了出油阀出油量以及喷油器喷油一致性。通过分析仿真结果得出:升程与孔径优化后提升了高压共轨燃油系统的一致性,满足设计需求。
The AVL HYDSIM fuel injection system simulation platform is used to optimize the parameters of the high-pressure common rail fuel system,mainly focusing on the lift of the fuel inlet valve and the diameter of the fuel inlet and return orifice.At the same time,the performance of the high-pressure fuel pump and injector under the rated working conditions is analyzed.The output of the outlet valve and the fuel injection consistency of the injector are mainly studied.Through the analysis of simulation results,it is concluded that the consistency of the high-pressure common rail fuel system is improved after optimizing the lift and hole diameter,which meets the design requirements.
