摘要
316系列柴油机在厂内进行试验时,多次发生起动马达齿轮与飞轮齿圈打齿故障,为杜绝故障再次发生,针对近期发生的某CHD316BV16柴油机打齿故障,从设计、零部件质量、装配方式及试验电源等方面进行逐项排查与分析。分析结果表明:起动柜起动瞬时输出电流过大,齿轮啮合间隙较大以及齿根处材料强度不足以承受起动瞬间的冲击载荷,是导致小齿轮断裂的主要原因。厂内改为采用蓄电池启动后,该故障未再发生。
When the 316 series diesel engine was tested in the factory,the gear failure of the starter motor and the flywheel ring gear occurred many times.In order to prevent the failure from happening again,the recent gear failure of a CHD316BV16 diesel engine was investigated and analyzed item by item from the aspects of design,quality of parts,assembly method and test power supply.The results show that the instantaneous output current of the starting cabinet is too large,The main reasons for the fracture of the pinion are the large meshing clearance of the gear and the insufficient tooth root to bear the impact load at the moment of starting.The fault did not occur again after the battery was used for starting.
