摘要 随着顶管技术在国内普及及快速应用发展,大口径顶管在水利工程建设中越来越普遍,但大口径、穿越不明地质且地下水丰富的高速公路却应用极少。文章针对深圳市宝安区DN2400初雨转输管穿越未知地层且地下水丰富的设计关键技术进行分析探讨,从非开挖顶管工法可行性、水平超前注浆工艺及延伸顶管设计的教训思考三个方面开展论述,为类似工程提供借鉴参考。 With the popularization and rapid application development of pipe jacking technology in China, large diameter pipe jacking is becoming more and more common in water conservancy project construction. However, it is rarely used in highways with large diamete, unknown geology and abundant underground water. This paper analyzes and discusses the key design technologies of DN2400 initial rain transfer pipe in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, which passes through unknown strata and has abundant groundwater. The feasibility of trenchless pipe jacking method, horizontal advanced grouting technology and the lessons of extended pipe jacking design are discussed, so as to provide reference for similar projects.
