摘要
为了提高乒乓球拍拍面粘合用树脂胶粘剂的固化性能,采用增加酚醛的方式来改性环氧乙烯基(SBR)树脂的方式来减少微观缺陷结构,实验测试分析其固化反应过程以及材料力学性能。研究结果表明:以酚醛/SBR制得的复合材料层合板内出现了纤维束富树脂,在富树脂区内形成了众多的裂纹。当在SBR中添加酚醛后能够显著提高固化反应过程的表观活化能,其热失重率由最初的47.9%减小为19.6%,其挥发速率明显减小,SBR发生了固化收缩率的显著减小。SBR经过改性后发生了弯曲强度与应变的显著增大,有效改善了SBR的脆性,提高了树脂的强度,并获得更大的韧性。经过酚醛改性后的SBR表面张力显著小于SBR,纤维也更易被树脂浸润。
In order to improve the curing performance of resin adhesive used for table tennis patting surface bonding,epoxy vinyl(SBR)resin was modified by adding phenolic to reduce the microstructure defects.The curing reaction process and mechanical properties of the material were tested and analyzed.The results show that the fiber bundle rich resin appeared in the composite laminates prepared by phenolic/SBR,and many cracks were formed in the rich resin zone.When phenolic was added to SBR,the apparent activation energy of the curing reaction was significantly increased,while the thermal weight loss rate decreased from 47.9%to 19.6%.The evaporation rate and the curing shrinkage rate of SBR decreased significantly.After modification,the bending strength and strain of SBR increased significantly,which effectively improved the brittleness of SBR,improved the strength of resin,and obtained greater toughness.The surface tension of SBR modified by phenolic was significantly lower than that of SBR,and the fiber was more easily infiltrated by resin.
