摘要
在分子影像与生物医学不断发展的过程中,融合声、光、磁、电等多模态与跨越细胞、分子与组织等多尺度的医学成像逐渐备受重视,成为生物医学成像研究的重点,包括多功能造影剂。纳米材料属于高能光子荧光纳米材料,能够将长波长转变成为短波长的低能光子,进而被广泛应用到多模态医学成像中,为研发多模态造影剂提供了全新的平台。
In the process of the continuous development of molecular imaging and biomedicine,the fusion of sound,light,magnetic,electricity and other multi-modal and multi-scale medical imaging across cells,molecules and tissues has gradually attracted attention,becoming the focus of biomedical imaging research,including multi-functional contrast agents.Nanomaterials belong to high-energy photon fluorescence nanomaterials,which can transform long wavelength into short wavelength low-energy photons,providing a new platform for the research and development of multimode contrast agents,and are widely used in multimode medical imaging.Therefore,it is of great significance to multi-modal cross-scale medical imaging analysis.
