摘要
针对汽车橡胶空气弹簧存在的流固耦合问题,采用ABAQUS软件对橡胶空气弹簧系统进行模拟,完成橡胶空气弹簧的特性有限元分析。利用Symm-Transform的功能优势,实现橡胶空气弹簧轴对称模型到3D模型的转换。为保证汽车橡胶空气弹簧橡胶气囊的隔震效果,将橡胶空气弹簧的动刚度无限趋近于静刚度。当工作气压为0.6 MPa时,动静刚度比为1.32;当工作气压为0.7 MPa时,动静刚度比为1.27。不同工作气压下的动静刚度比均小于1.4,可证明该汽车橡胶空气弹簧气囊具有良好的隔震效果。
Aiming at the fluid structure coupling problem of automobile rubber air spring,ABAQUS software is used to simulate the rubber air spring system and complete the finite element analysis of rubber air spring characteristics.Utilize the functional advantages of Symm-Transform to realize the conversion of rubber air spring axisymmetric model to 3D model.In order to ensure the isolation effect of the rubber air spring airbag,the dynamic stiffness of the rubber air spring is infinitely close to the static stiffness.When the working air pressure is 0.6 MPa,the dynamic static stiffness ratio is 1.32;When the working air pressure is 0.7 MPa,the dynamic static stiffness ratio is 1.27.The ratio of dynamic and static stiffness under different working pressures is less than 1.4,which proves that the rubber air spring airbag has good isolation effect.
