中国蒙医传统整骨疗法医治锁骨骨折的临床研究

Clinical Study of Chinese Mongolian Traditional Osteopathy in the Treatment of Clavicular Fracture

目的:探究中国蒙医传统整骨疗法医治锁骨骨折的疗效。方法:选取2018-06至2021-03入住内蒙古民族大学附属医院第一分院的锁骨骨折患者109例,运用中国蒙医传统整骨疗法行手法复位、纱布外固定、喷酒按摩、结合蒙药等辨证施治。结果:所选取患者的锁骨骨折临床愈合时间约3~4周,随访时间6~9个月,平均随访时间7个月。锁骨骨折均愈合,均无形成压疮或损伤神经血管等不良并发症。治愈92例,好转17例。结论:采用中国蒙医传统整骨疗法行手法复位、纱布外固定、喷酒按摩、结合蒙药治疗锁骨骨折可以避免损伤周围骨膜、筋膜、韧带、血管及神经系统,具有不留疤痕、愈合快、无并发症、费用低等优点,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese Mongolian traditional osteopathy in the treatment of clavicular fracture.Methods:109 cases of clavicular fracture who were treated in the First Branch of the Affiliat-ed Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University from June 2018 to March 2021 were selected.They were treated by Mongolian medicine such as manual reduction,external fixation with gauze,wine spray massage,Mongolian medicine and other syndrome differentiation and treatment.Results:The clinical healing time of clavicular frac-ture in the selected patients was about 3~4 weeks,the follow-up time was about 6~9 months,and the average fol-lowup time was 7 months.All clavicular fractures healed,and there were no adverse complications such as pres-sure ulcer or neurovascular injury.92 patients were cured,17 patients were improved.Conclusion:Chinese Mon-golian traditional osteopathy such as manual reduction,gauze external fixation,wine spray massage and Mongolian medicine in the treatment of clavicular fracture can avoid damage to the surrounding periosteum,fascia,ligament,blood vessel and nervous system.It has the advantages of no scar,fast healing,no complications and low cost,so it is worthy of wide popularization and application.
