Research Focus and Process Tracing Analysis of China's New Elite Villagers:Visualization and Analysis Based on Citespace Knowledge Graph

乡村要振兴,人才是关键。在基层现代化的进程中,新乡贤已经成长为当前乡村治理的生力军,对促进乡村振兴、实现有效治理发挥着至关重要的作用。近年来,学界围绕我国新乡贤理论与实践的问题展开了一系列的研究。从研究结果来看,当前研究在如何有效引导新乡贤长期回嵌乡土、加强乡村基层党组织建设、实现乡村善治方面仍存在薄弱之处,未来有必要深入探究如何引导新乡贤长期扎根乡村的机制、新乡贤内嵌于基层党组织的运行模式、新乡贤助力乡村振兴实际成效的量化指标体系、新乡贤推进乡村治理“三治融合”的深度融合机制。

Atracting talent is a golden key to rural revitalization.In the process of grassroots modernization,the new elite villagers have grown into a new force in the current rural governance,and they play a vital role in promoting the overll rural revitalization and achieving effective governance.In recent years,a series of studies have been conducted on the theory and practice based on the strenuous efforts of the new elite villagers.From the research results,there are still weaknesses in the current research on how to effectively guide the new elite villagers to return to the counryside and settle down there for a long time,strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations,and achieve good rural governance.In the future,it is necessary to thoroughly explore the mechanism that will break the barriers which prevent the new elite villagers from taking root in the countrysides for a long time,the operation mode of encouraging the new elite villagers to get involved in managing intermal ffairs of the grass-roots party organizations,the quantitative assessment index system for the effectiveness of the new elite vllagers'efforts to promote rural revitalization,and the deep integration mechanism of the new elite villagers'eforts to advance the“three-sphere governance integration”of rural governance.
