铁路配电所外部电源电能质量控制技术研究

摘要 从地方变电站到铁路配电所供电距离较长,会影响配电所受电端10 kV电源电压质量,从而导致负荷端供电电压偏差超出规范要求范围。针对该类问题,提出串联型电压优化装置,通过在接入电压中注入附加电压,实现对电压水平的有源控制。在铁路配电所设置该装置,实现对外部电源质量的控制和调整。 The long line power supply distance from the local substation to railway distribution substation will influence the quality of the 10 kV power supply voltage at the receiving end of the power distribution station,as a result,the power supply voltage deviation at the load end exceeds the specified range.With regard to this problem,a series type voltage optimization device is proposed,active control of the voltage level is achieved by injecting additional voltage into the access voltage.The quality control and adjustment of external power supply can be realized by installing the device in the distribution substation.
