摘要
接触网重型锚臂作为隧道内滑轮下锚的关键受力零部件,其安装质量直接影响铁路的安全运营。通过研究目前隧道内滑轮补偿装置重型锚臂的结构方案,分别介绍了“X”型和“Π”型接触网锚臂结构优化方案,经过对比及仿真分析,得出“Π”型锚臂更能适应工厂化加工制造及现场安装需求,并应用于实际工程中。该重型锚臂节省了施工提料、区分型号安装时间,避免了以往安装型号错误问题,为隧道内滑轮补偿重型锚臂设计提供了方案参考。
The OCS heavy anchor arm is a key stressed part of pulley anchorage in the tunnel,its installation quality will directly affect the safe operation of railway.By studying the schemes of structure of the heavy anchor arm for the pulley tensioning device in the tunnel,the structural optimization schemes for type“X”and type“Π”anchor arms are introduced respectively.Through comparison and analysis of the schemes,“Π”type anchor arm is more suitable for plant processing and site installation,and it has been applying in the practical engineering.Since this type of heavy anchor arm is easy for material requisition and easy for type identification before installation,so wrong-type installation is avoided.It is referential by design of heavy anchor arms for pulley tensioning device in the tunnel.
