摘要
针对雷达导航、激光测绘、卫星测控系统设备的应答机、发射机的需求,本文介绍了一种低抖动表贴型晶体振荡器的研制方法。通过对振荡电路中的噪声来源的分析,研究了谐振器的噪声产生机理和改进方法;同时研究了低抖动振荡电路,根据低抖动振荡电路设计原理,对电路的噪声特性进行了优化。实验结果表明,晶体振荡器保证正常起振的情况下,抖动指标也得到提升。
Aiming at the requirements of transponders and transmitters for radar navigation,laser surveying and mapping,and satellite measurement and control system equipment,this paper introduces a development method of a low-jitter surface-mount crystal oscillator.By analyzing the noise source in the oscillator circuit,the noise generation mechanism and improvement method of the resonator are studied,and the low jitter oscillator circuit is also studied.According to the design principle of the low jitter oscillator circuit,the noise characteristics of the circuit are optimized.The experimental results show that the jitter index is also improved when the crystal oscillator guarantees normal start-up.
