摘要
聚乙烯基础油(PE基础油)与聚α-烯烃基础油(PAO基础油)同属于合成烃基础油。对PE基础油的理化性能,黏温特性,热/氧化安定性和摩擦学特性等进行了评价,并与PAO基础油进行了对比,以期探索用PE基础油替代PAO基础油的可行性。评价表明,PE基础油的理化性能,黏温特性,热安定性和摩擦学特性与PAO基础油相当或略优,氧化安定性微逊于PAO基础油。应用表明,用PE基础油调配的CKD320号工业齿轮油的性能与用PAO调配的CKD320号工业齿轮油的性能相当。用PE基础油替代PAO基础油是可行性的,且具有良好的性价比。(图5表4参考文献6)
Polyethylene Stock(PE Stock)and polyα-olefin Stock(PAO Stock)belonged to synthetic hydrocarbon Stock.The physicochemical properties,visco-temperature characteristic,thermal/oxidative stability and tribological characteristics of PE Stock were evaluated,and compared with PAO Stock,in order to explore the feasibility of using PE Stock to replace PAO Stock.The evaluation showed that the physicochemical properties,visco-temperature characteristic,thermal stability and tribological characteristic of PE Stock were equivalent to or slightly better than PAO Stock,and the oxidative stability was slightly inferior to PAO Stock.The application showed that the performances of CKD 320 industrial gear oil blended with PE Stock were equivalent to those of CKD 320 industrial gear oil blended with PAO.It was feasible to replace PAO Stock with PE Stock,and it had good cost-performance ratio.(Charts5 Tables4 References6)
