Research on Countermeasures for Development of Cross-border E-commerce in Anhui Province under the Background of RCEP

《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的成功签署对安徽省跨境电商发展将会产生深远的影响。此协定在“电子商务”一章中涵盖了丰富的促进电子商务合作的相关内容,为安徽省跨境电商的发展提供了前所未有的重大机遇。首先,分析在RCEP背景下安徽省跨境电商发展的概况;其次,重点分析加入RCEP后安徽省跨境电商企业将面临的机遇和挑战;最后,提出安徽省跨境电商发展的相应对策。

The successful sign of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP) will have a far-reaching impact on the development of cross-border E-commerce in Anhui Province.The relevant contents of promoting E-commerce cooperation are elaborated in the chapter of “E-commerce” in the agreement,which provides an unprecedented major opportunity for the development of cross-border E-commerce in Anhui Province.This paper analyzes the general situation of the development of cross-border E-commerce under the background of RCEP,then focuses on the opportunities and challenges that cross-border E-commerce enterprises will face after joining RCEP,and finally,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of cross-border E-commerce in Anhui Province.
