摘要 随着信息技术的发展,各领域产生的数据正以数字档案的形式存储下来,以便记录存证,甚至通过数据分析对行业进行优化;然而传统的数字档案系统存在着中心化节点失效、缺乏安全的数据共享渠道以及难以防篡改等问题。目前区块链技术已进入3.0阶段,将被延伸应用于金融行业之外的领域,更全面地赋能社会生产发展。去中心化的区块链技术,通过透明和可信规则,构建不可伪造、不可篡改和可追溯的块链式数据结构,有望解决数字档案所面临的问题。介绍区块链技术的基础知识,并结合技术特点,介绍区块链在数字档案中的理论技术研究和落地项目,最后对区块链技术在军事领域数字档案中的应用进行展望,得出区块链作为我国核心技术自主创新的重要突破口,将极大推动各行业的数字档案建设并优化行业发展升级的结论。 As the information technology has pervaded various fields,the generated data is being stored in the form of digital archive to record and store evidence,and even to optimize the industry by data analysis.However,there are some challenges for traditional digital archive systems,such as centralized nodes failure,lack of secure data sharing method,and difficulty in data tamper-proofing.With blockchain entering the 3.0 stage,it will be applied to areas besides the financial industry to benefit social production and development.The decentralized block chain technology is expected to solve these challenges by constructing unforgeable,immutable and traceable block-chain structure,through transparent and trustworthy rules.This paper first introduces the blockchain technology.And then,based on features of blockchain,the blockchain theoretical and technical? research in digital archives and the ongoing projects are presented.Finally,how to employ blockchain to benefit the construction of military digital archives is discussed.It is concluded that,as an important breakthrough technology,blockchain will promote the construction of various industries’ digital archives to optimize these industries.
