中国共产党民族工作百年发展的经验和启示

The CPC’S Cential Experience in Ethnic Work and Its Enlightment

在民族事务治理的百年历史中,中国共产党一方面跳出“一族一国”的西方民族主义陷阱,一方面彻底改造了“苏联模式”对自身幼年时期的影响,结合中国国情,探索正确的民族发展之路。文章在回顾百年民族工作发展的基础上,围绕民族工作的政治基础、关键问题、重要举措和最本质特征,集中阐释了我们党民族工作百年发展的4条基本经验,认为新时代新发展阶段的民族工作,应从坚持人民至上这一根本政治立场、坚持一致性和多样性相统一、坚持全党全社会共同做好民族工作、铸牢中华民族共同体意识、打好打赢民族领域的国际舆论斗争等方面进行谋划和推进,以便不断丰富和发展中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路。

In the centenary history governance of ethnic affairs,the Communist Party of China,on the one hand,jumped out of the"trap"of the western nationalism about"one country one nation"and on the other hand,completely transformed the influence of the"Soviet model"on our Party in its infancy,made a great achievements that it is combined with China’s national conditions to explore the right way of national development.This article is based on the retrospection of the past century,focus on the political foundation,key issues,important measures and essential characteristics of the ethnic work,and expound four basic experiences of the development of our Party’s ethnic work in the past century.It is pointed out that ethnic work in the new era and new stage of development should be planned and promoted from the following aspects:adhering to the fundamental political position that the people come first,insisting on unity and diversity,insisting that the whole party and society work together complete ethnic work,forging a strong sense of community among the Chinese people,and fighting and winning international public opinion battles in the field of ethnic groups.Continuously enrich and develop the correct path of resolving ethnic issues with chinese characteristics.
