中国共产党中医药传承创新的演进逻辑与基本经验——基于中医药传承创新政策文本的分析

Analyzing the Evolutionary Logic and Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and Innovation Leaded by the Party Based on the TCM Inheritance and Innovation Policy Texts

研究中医药传承创新的演进逻辑与基本经验,对理解中国共产党中医药发展理念,明晰中医药传承创新上升为国家战略具有重要意义。本研究以我国中医药传承创新的政策文本为研究对象,运用Nvivo12软件进行文本计量与内容分析。研究表明:中医药传承创新的演进逻辑主要表现为创新理念的升华、战略地位的提升以及话语体系的不断丰富。在此过程中,党的全面领导是中医药传承创新的政治保证,坚持以人民为中心是中医药传承创新的根本立场,坚持守正创新是中医药传承创新的根本动力。

Researches on the evolution logic and experience of TCM inheritance and innovation is significant to understand the Party’s development concept of TCM and clarify it as a national strategy. Taking TCM inheritance and innovation policy texts as the research object, text measurement and content analysis was applied by using the software of Nvivo. The results found that the evolutionary logic of TCM inheritance and innovation was mainly manifested as the sublimation of innovative idea, improvement of strategic position and the continuous enrichment of discourse system. In the process of evolution, the Party’s overall leadership is its political guarantee, adhering to the people-centered approach is its fundamental position, and sticking to inheritance and innovation is the strong power.
