摘要 医学人文课程思政与思政课程协同育人是医学院校思想政治教育发展的必然趋势。医学人文课程思政与思政课程协同育人应遵循思政育人与专业育才相结合、思政教师与专业教师相结合、理论思政与实践思政相结合、传统线下与现代线上相结合的逻辑原则。强化顶层制度设计、深化课程思政内容、优化师资队伍建设、细化教学活动环节、量化评价激励机制是推进医学人文课程思政与思政课程协同育人的实践路径。 The collaboration of ideological and political education in medical humanities courses and ideological and political courses is an inevitable trend in the development of ideological and political education in medical schools. The co-education of medical humanities courses and ideological and political courses should follow the logical principles of combining ideological and political courses education with professional education, combining ideological and political courses teachers with professional teachers, combining theoretical ideological and political courses with practical ideological and political courses, and combining traditional offline education with modern online education. Strengthening the top-level system design, deepening the content of ideological and political courses, optimizing the construction of teaching team, refining the teaching activity, and quantifying the evaluation and incentive mechanism are the practical paths to promote the collaboration of ideological and political education in medical humanities courses and ideological and political courses.
