基于TISM模型与MICMAC分析的医养结合服务供给影响因素研究

Study on the Factors to Influence the Provision of Combined Medical and Nursing Services Based on TISM Model and MICMAC Analysis

文章通过文献检索、问卷调查及专家咨询等方法,筛选并确定了影响医养结合服务供给的11个主要因素,利用TISM模型建立了医养结合服务供给影响因素的作用机制,并运用MICMAC方法进一步分析了影响因素的驱动力和依赖性。结果表明:政府部门管理权责交叉、养老机构申请医保定点资质难、运营难是影响医养结合服务供给的深层根源;最后结合影响因素间的关系,提出针对性建议,以期为我国医养结合服务供给提供参考。

By using the literature retrieval, questionnaire survey and expert consultation methods, eleven main factors affecting the provision of combined medical and nursing services were screened and identified. An improved total interpretive structural model was established to study the mechanism of the factors affecting the provision of combined medical and nursing services, and MICMAC analysis method was used to determine the driving forces and dependencies of these main influencing factors. the results showed that the main factors influencing the provision of combined medical and nursing services were overlapping of government departments’ management powers and responsibilities, difficulties in applying for designated qualification of medical insurance and in operation of pension institutions. Based on which, and combined with the factors’ driving power and dependence power, some targeted suggestions were put forward to improve the supply of combined medical and nursing services in China.
