基于文化传承与延续的苏州古城街坊城市设计——以47、48、53号街坊为例

URBAN DESIGN OF SUZHOU OLD TOWN BASED ON CULTURAL INHERITANCE AND CONTINUATION AS EXEMPLIFIED IN NO. 47, 48, AND 53 BLOCKS

在总结苏州古城保护40年成就的基础上,提出文化传承与延续结合城市设计的内涵,分析了在当前古城街坊层面整体性意象缺乏准确传导、空间场所内涵延续不足的普遍性问题。以古城47、48、53号3个街坊为例,从历史演变和现状特征两个方面,提炼出其地域文化核心价值,并分别从文化主题确定、子城空间映现、管控引导细化、历史建筑保护、管控单元细分等维度,探索古城空间格局、城市轴线、肌理风貌等整体性要素在街坊层面的落实,实现古城文化传承与延续的空间目标。

Based on summary of achievements of the Suzhou Old Town protection in the past 40 years,the paper discussed the universal problems of perception degeneration of the overall image and interruption of genius loci at the level of block in the old town,and put forward the connotation of combining cultural inheritance and continuation with urban design.Taking No.47,48,and 53 blocks as examples,this paper summed up the regional culture core value from historic evolution and current characteristics,and explored the implementation of the spatial pattern,urban axis,fabric feature,and other integral elements in the old town at the level of block,from several dimensions of cultural theme determination,sub-city spatial layout,control and guidance elaboration,historic building protection,and management and control unit subdivision,hoping to achieve the spatial goal of cultural inheritance and continuation in the old town.
