中国共产党百年生态文明建设经历了孕育萌芽、初步探索、逐步发展、全面深化四个阶段,取得了重要成就,积累了丰富经验。这些经验具体体现为:坚持党的领导、坚持人民至上、坚持开拓创新、坚持胸怀天下。在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程上,应在深刻把握这些经验的基础上乘势而上:加强党的领导,夯实生态文明建设政治责任;深化生态文明宣传教育,增强公众生态文明意识;完善生态文明制度体系,不断提升生态治理效能;深度参与全球生态治理,共谋全球生态文明建设。

The centennial process of the CPC in Ecological Civilization Advancement has undergone four stages:germination,preliminary exploration,gradual development and comprehensive deepening,important achievements and accumulated rich experience.The experience can be reflected in as upholding the Party s leadership,putting the people first,breaking new ground,and maintaining a global vision.Looking to the future,on the basis of the experience,we should strengthen the leadership of the Party and consolidate the political responsibility of ecological civilization advancement,deepen the publicity and education of ecological civilization and enhance public awareness of ecological civilization,improve the system of ecological civilization,and constantly better the effectiveness of ecological governance,and get deeply involved in global ecological governance and work together to carry out the historic task of building a global ecological civilization.
