生命度观照下现代汉语相互事件语言表征的类型学实证研究

A Typological and Empirical Approach to Linguistic Representation of Reciprocal Events in Mandarin Chinese:A Perspective from Animacy

相互事件是人类社会认知的核心反映,也是语言类型学的热点话题。然而,生命度观照下相互事件语言表征的类型学特征在国内外较少受到关注。鉴于此,本文通过实证研究探索生命度等级和参与者数量这两个语义参数下现代汉语相互事件语言表征的类型学特征。研究发现,生命度等级整体上与相互事件语言表征的类型复杂度、相互标记的使用频次、相互义场景的识别难度呈反比关系,参与者数量整体上与相互事件语言表征的类型复杂度呈反比关系。本文的研究结果可为现代汉语相互事件语言类型学研究提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Reciprocal events are the core reflection of human social cognition,and the hot topic of linguistic typology as well.However,the typological features of linguistic representation of reciprocal events from the perspective of animacy have received little attention both at home and abroad.In view of this,this paper attempts to explore the typological features of linguistic representation of reciprocal events in Mandarin Chinese from two semantic dimensions:animacy and participant number.It is found that the complexity of linguistic representation of reciprocal events,the frequency of reciprocal markers and the difficulty of recognizing reciprocal situation are generally inversely proportional to the animacy hierarchy.Meanwhile,the participant number is inversely proportional to the complexity of linguistic representation of reciprocal events in general.The findings can provide some reference for the linguistic typology of reciprocal events in Mandarin Chinese.
