网购称呼语的商务语用能力分析

An Analysis of Business Pragmatic Competence for Address Forms in Shopping on Line

摘要 本文基于商务语用能力构建的三大要素:运用功能知识的能力、运用社会语言知识的能力和运用非语言知识的能力,旨在通过对网购称呼语的分析,探讨商务语用能力构成要素的应用性和解释力。从536条淘宝客服和顾客的称呼语可以看出,网购双方有机运用了商务语用能力的三种知识,有效体现了商务语用能力的应用性,并证明了其解释力。 Based on the three main elements of business pragmatic competence:competence of using function knowledge,competence of using social language knowledge,competence of using non-verbal knowledge,the present study discusses the applicability and explanatory power of the elements of business pragmatic competence through the address forms in shopping on line.According to 536 address forms in shopping on line from Taobao,it can be found that both sides in shopping on line apply effectively the three kinds of knowledge,the applicability of business pragmatic competence can be represented fully,and its explanatory power can be verified to some extent.
