摘要
学习型城市建设已经成为当前社会教育领域研究热点论题。本研究基于学习动机、学习方法、学习时间、学习能力、教师教学、学习效果6个结构变量,构建苏南地区学习型城市建设中市民学习效果影响因素结构关系模型,探索其内在变化规律及其相互作用机理。研究发现:学习动机、学习方法、学习时间均对学习效果产生正向影响,学习能力对学习效果产生正向影响极显著,教师教学对学习效果产生正向影响显著。针对性地提出促进城市居民学习效果的策略建议:明确城市居民学习动机,最大限度激发其学习兴趣;拓展城市居民学习方法,综合运用以促进学习效果;保证城市居民学习时间,坚持学习以增强学习效果;提高城市居民学习能力,围绕学习目标自主学习;加强授课教师队伍建设,探索成人教育教学规律。
The building of learning-oriented city is becoming a hot topic in the field of social education.Based on the six structural variables-learning motivation,learning method,learning time,learning ability,teaching and learning effect,the study tries to construct a structural model of the factors which influence the learning effect of citizens,and tries to explore its internal rule and interaction system.It is found that the motivation,method and time of learning have a positive impact on learning effect,and the learning ability and teaching have a significantly positive impact on learning effect.The paper puts forward suggestions to make clear the citizens'learning motivation to stimulate their learning interest,expand their learning methods to promote the learning effect,ensure their study time to enhance the study effect,improve their ability to learn by themselves around the learning objectives,and strengthen teachers'team to explore the law of adult education teaching.
