信息技术支持下基于过程导向的校企合作培养机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 信息技术在高校教育的实践应用推动和引发了校企合作培养模式和机制的变革。利用信息技术将校企优质资源深度整合,解决学生在实践专业能力培养不全面、不系统、无法满足个性化培养需求等方面的问题,是目前国内高校致力研究的热点。基于过程导向校企合作模式的研究专注利用信息技术的优势实现学生实践学习的智能互动,构建理论-实践双螺旋模型实现校企合作人才共育过程的信息化管理,兼顾学生个性化学习诉求,兴趣激发学习动力,在“计划、决策、实施、检查、评价”的教学行动过程中实现学生理论实践学习的层级迭代,从而达到优化整合校企优质资源,推动校企合作良性发展的目的。这种模式的构建对促进信息技术与现代教育理念在教学实践的推广和应用,培养学生持续匹配行业发展的职业能力具有实际的理论价值和深远的影响。 The practical application of information technology in higher education has promoted and triggered the reform of school enterprise cooperative training mode and mechanism.Using information technology to deeply integrate the high-quality resources of schools and enterprises,and solve the problems of students'incomplete and unsystematic training of practical professional ability,which cannot meet the needs of personalized training,are the hot topics that universities in China are committed to studying.The research based on the process-oriented school-enterprise cooperation mode focuses on using the advantages of information technology to realize the intelligent interaction of students'practical learning,building a theory practice double helix model to realize the IT-based management of the process of school-enterprise cooperation talents co-education,giving consideration to students'personalized learning demands,stimulating learning motivation by interest,and realizing the hierarchical iteration of students'theoretical and practical learning in the teaching action process of"planning,decision-making,implementation,inspection and evaluation".The purpose is to optimize and integrate the high-quality resources of schools and enterprises and promote the sound development of school-enterprise cooperation.The construction of this model has practical theoretical value and far-reaching impact on promoting the promotion and application of information technology and modern education concepts in teaching practice and cultivating students'professional ability to continuously match the development of the industry.
