摘要
“双高计划”对高职院校提升国际化水平提出了新要求,师资队伍的国际化在高职院校国际化进程中起着关键性的作用。以湖北省高职院校为例,针对当前师资队伍国际化建设中存在的组织机构建设、师资国际化元素、国际化培养机制、师资国际化能力、院校国际化服务能力等方面存在的问题,从战略高度、发展策略、实施路径和可持续发展等方面,提出完善体制机制建设、拓展海外人才引进渠道、优化国际化培训体系、提升教师国际化能力、增强院校办学成果国际化辐射力等对策,巩固提升湖北高职院校师资队伍的国际化层次和质量。
The"Double-high Plan"brings forward new requirements for the higher vocational colleges to raise the level of internationalization and cultivate more international technical and skilled talents.The internationalization of teaching staff plays a crucial role in the process of internationalization.Taking the top higher vocational colleges in Hubei province as research objects,based on the major problems represented in the non-establishment of the international organizations,low proportion of international staff,ineffective training mechanism,poor international capacity and service capability,this paper puts forwards relevant solutions and measures respectively to further improve the level and quality of construction of international teaching staff for higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province.
