摘要 职业教育教师教学创新团队建设是深化职业教育“三教改革”、增强院校核心竞争力、加速建设高水平高职院校的关键所在。在职业教育发展中,公共课地位不突出,在教师教学创新团队开发与建设中优势不显著,应主动转变思维,充分发挥专业优势,对接职业需求,创新教学模式,利用平台研究,助力职业教育增强职业适应性,完成教学创新改革,为公共课融入职业教育教师教学创新团队建设提供有效研究思路。 The construction of teaching innovation team of vocational education teachers is the key to deepening the reform of teachers,textbook and teaching method for vocational education,enhance the core competitiveness of colleges and accelerate the construction of high-level vocational colleges.In the development of vocational education,the position of general courses is not prominent,and the advantages in the development and building of teachers'teaching innovation teams are not significant.We should take initiative to change our thinking,give full play to professional advantages,match professional needs,innovate teaching models,use platform research,help vocational education enhance professional adaptability,complete teaching innovation reform,and provide effective research ideas for integrating general courses into the building of teaching innovation team for vocational education.
