摘要
通过建设退耕还林工程数据库,将退耕还林工程形成的森林资源纳入自然资源统一管理。以青海省退耕还林工程为例,针对前一轮退耕还林工程档案资料管理规范化问题,探讨前一轮退耕还林工程数据库建设技术方法。利用遥感区划和外业调查相结合的方法,对退耕还林工程档案资料进行矢量化,将退耕还林地块边界与青海省第三次国土调查边界进行对接,形成退耕还林现状数据库,进而全面掌握退耕还林工程地块信息。
The forest resources formed by the grain for green project are brought into the unified management of Natural Resources by constructing the database of the project.Taking the grain for green project in Qinghai Province as an example,aiming at the standardization of archives management of the previous round of grain for green project,this paper discusses the technical methods of database construction of the previous round of grain for green project.Using the method of combining remote sensing zoning and field survey,the archives data of grain for green project is vectorized,and the boundary of grain for green plot is connected with the boundary of the third national land survey to form a database of the current situation of grain for green,so as to grasp the information of grain for green project plot comprehensively.
