摘要 为提升石油化工企业大检修施工作业现场安全监管效能,保障直接作业环节风险受控,开展安全网格化监管方法研究。首先,分析石化企业大检修施工现场安全监管存在的问题及产生的原因,阐明改进安全监管方法的必要性;然后,基于现场有限资源消除监管盲区,设计试行大检修作业现场安全网格化监管方法,并分析安全网格化监管方法的主要思路,建立实施的关键环节和注意事项;最后,总结安全网格化监管方法的作用与成效。结果表明:安全网格化监管方法有效解决安全监管资源分散不足、作业班组作业前缺少管理人员检查确认,作业过程中缺少全过程有效监管等问题,提升检修施工作业现场安全监管的力度和精细度。 In order to improve the safety supervision efficiency of the overhaul construction site in petrochemical enterprises and ensure the risk control of direct operation links,research on the safety grid supervision method was carried out.Firstly,the problems and causes of safety supervision in the overhaul construction site of petrochemical enterprises were analyzed,and the necessity of improving safety supervision methods was expounded.Then,the blind spot of supervision was eliminated based on the limited resources on the site.The safety grid supervision method was designed and tried out for the overhaul operation site,and the main ideas were analyzed.Key links of implementation and matters needing attention were established.Finally,the role and effectiveness of security grid supervision methods were summarized.The results show that the safety grid supervision method effectively solves the problems of insufficient safety supervision resources,lack of management personnel to check and confirm before the operation of the operation team,and lack of effective supervision of the whole process during the operation,and improves the strength and precision of safety supervision on the maintenance construction site.
