摘要 维持家禽肠道稳态有利于禽类健康生长。家禽肠道菌群结构复杂,数量庞大,在肠道中与宿主相互作用,通过肠内分泌参与肠道免疫等,进而影响肠道健康。病原微生物入侵可降低肠道益生菌丰度,提高有害菌丰度,进而影响机体的免疫和代谢功能。此外,肠道菌群也会对病原微生物的入侵产生颉颃或促进作用。文章结合现有的相关研究资料,对家禽肠道菌群多样性对机体免疫功能的影响进行综述,为了解肠道微生物对宿主健康的影响并进一步为家禽常见疾病的防控以及优化健康养殖方案提供参考。 Maintaining intestinal homeostasis in poultry is beneficial to healthy growth of birds. The intestinal flora of poultry is complex in structure and large in number. It interacts with the host in the intestine and participates in intestinal immunity through enteroendocrine, which in turn affects intestinal health. The invasion of pathogenic microorganisms can reduce the abundance of intestinal probiotics and increase the abundance of harmful bacteria, thereby affecting the immune and metabolic functions of the body. In addition, the intestinal flora will also play a role in promoting or promoting the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms. Based on the existing relevant research data, the paper reviews the influence of the diversity of poultry gut flora on the immune function of the body. In order to understand the impact of gut microbes on the health of the host and further provide a reference for the prevention and control of common poultry diseases and the optimization of healthy breeding programs.
