听障艺术类人才“工匠精神”的培育问题研究

Research on Cultivation of “Craftsman Spirit” for Art Talents with Hearing Impairment

听障人在没有外界声音的干扰下,具有专注、刻苦、持之以恒的群体特征。听障艺术类人才所从事的岗位需具备精湛技艺、灵巧细致、爱岗敬业的职业素养,这些素养的养成正是工匠精神的体现。将工匠精神融入听障艺术类大学生教育具有重要价值,文章提出工匠精神的积淀、弘扬、践行和传承路径的对策,期待能促进听障艺术类人才就业和创业,早日步入幸福生活。

Without interferences by external sounds,hearing-impaired people often have the group characteristics of concentration,assiduity and perseverance.Hearing-impaired art talents are often equipped with professional qualities such as exquisite skills,dexterity and carefulness,and devotion to work.The cultivation of these qualities is the embodiment of craftsman spirit.It is of great value to integrate craftsman spirit into the education of art students with hearing impairment.This paper proposes the countermeasures to accumulate,carry forward,practice and inherit craftsman spirit,hoping to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of art talents with hearing impairment and lead them get a happy life as soon as possible.
