Positioning and Practice Path of Vocational Undergraduate Talent Training in the Context of the New Era

随着教育改革的不断深入,教育与产业之间的关系日益紧密,由此教育服务社会的职能愈加凸显,职业本科教育的地位持续上升。职业本科与普通本科之间有诸多差异,职业本科在人才培养方面更重视技术应用型人才的形塑。本文针对职业本科院校人才培养机制进行了深入系统地研究,分析了其人才培养的方向与定位,最后提出多元实践路径。

As education reform progresses, the relationship between education and industry becomes closer and closer, thus the function of education in serving society becomes more and more prominent, and the status of vocational undergraduate education continues to rise. There are many differences between vocational undergraduate education and ordinary undergraduate education, and vocational undergraduate education attaches more importance to the shaping of technically applied talents in the cultivation of talents. This paper conducts an in-depth and systematic study on the cultivation mechanism of vocational undergraduate institutions, analyses the direction and orientation of their talents cultivation, and finally proposes diversified practical paths.
