Analysis and Reflection on Development of Meteorological Information Volunteers in Tianjin

随着气象防灾减灾工作的深入推进,气象信息员不仅成为政府、气象部门和广大社会公众之间信息传递的桥梁,更是气象防御工作中的主力军,在基层气象防灾减灾中发挥着关键作用。以天津为例,分析了全市气象信息员队伍现状和存在的问题,并提出了完善信息员队伍建设的对策和建议,旨在助力推进基层气象防灾减灾工作,为制定信息员队伍发展规划等提供依据和参考。

With the deepening of the grass-roots meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation work,the meteorological information volunteers have become the bridge of information transmission between the government,the meteorological departments and the general public,and the main force in the meteorological defense work,and play an important role in grass-roots meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation.Taking Tianjin as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the meteorological information volunteers in the city,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the construction of the meteorological information volunteers,in order to promote the construction of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation at the grass-roots level,and provide a basis and reference for formulating the development plan of information volunteers team.
