Research on Construction of Agricultural Science and Technology Talents in Tianjin under Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴的稳步推进需要人才的有力支撑。近年来,天津市农业科技人才队伍在数量和质量上都有较大改善,但是在人才管理体制机制、人才结构、基层农技队伍建设等方面仍存在诸多不足。针对以上问题提出相关建议,以满足乡村振兴对农业科技人才的需求。

The steady progress of rural revitalization needs the strong support of talents.In recent years,the quantity and quality of the agricultural science and technology talents in Tianjin have been greatly improved,but there are still many deficiencies in the talent management system,talent structure and the construction of the grass-roots agricultural technology talents.In view of the above problems,relevant suggestions are put forward to meet the needs of rural revitalization of agricultural science and technology personnel.
