摘要
以导管架吊装吊点为例,分别介绍ANSYS软件模拟导管架吊装吊点的3种方法:第1种是利用壳单元进行模拟分析,第2种是利用实体单元进行模拟分析,第3种是利用实体单元与接触单元相结合的方法进行模拟分析。3种模拟方法各有优缺点,在实际项目中都有着广泛的应用,通过对这3种模拟方法的详细介绍与结果对比,以期为工程设计中吊装吊点模拟方法的选择提供参考。
Taking the lifting padeye of jacket as an example, three methods of simulating the lifting padeye of jacket with ANSYS software are introduced. The first is to use shell element for simulation analysis,the second is to use solid element for simulation analysis,and the third is to use the combination of solid element and contact element for simulation analysis.The three simulation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, and they are widely used in practical projects.Through the detailed introduction and comparison of the three simulation methods,it is expected to provide a reference for the selection of lifting padeye simulation methods in engineering design.
