摘要
铝合金外窗渗漏是目前工程建设中最常见的通病之一,门窗渗漏不但影响人们的正常生产及生活,也会造成一定的经济损失及资源浪费。从施工及工序等角度对天津某住宅项目带副框外窗的渗漏原因进行分析,并查阅了相关规范及标准,最终对外窗防水技术进行了优化改进,达到了较好的防渗漏效果,有效降低了业主投诉率,对带有钢副框门窗工程的防渗漏有很好的借鉴意义。
Leakage of aluminum alloy exterior windows is one of the most common problems in current engineering construction. Leakage of doors and windows not only affects people’s normal production and life,but also causes certain economic losses and waste of resources. This paper analyzes the causes of leakage of exterior windows with sub-frames in a residential project in Tianjin from the perspectives of construction and process,and consults a large number of codes and standards for recommended practices. Finally, the waterproof practices of exterior windows are optimized and improved,achieving better anti-leakage effects, effectively reducing the owner’s complaint rate, and providing a good reference for the anti-leakage practices of doors and windows with steel sub-frames.
