临床病例图片展示教学法在皮肤性病学教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨临床病例图片展示教学法在皮肤性病学教学中的应用成效。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月4所高校临床本科驻点班学生134名为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,各67名。对照组采用传统说课教学方法,观察组采用临床病例图片展示教学法,比较两组学生期末学业能力测评成绩、课程教学评价结果以及对教学方式满意度。结果观察组学生期末学业能力测评成绩较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据性别分层后,男生和女生中观察组的成绩均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组认为教学提高了学习皮肤性病学的兴趣、对理解基本概念的难点和重点有帮助、对提高分析问题和解决问题的能力有帮助的学生比例均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据性别分层后,男生与女生中对课程教学评价结果与总体一致,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学方式总满意度为92.54%,较对照组的70.15%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床病例图片展示教学法可提高皮肤性病学教学成效,激发学生学习兴趣,巩固皮肤性病学相关知识,学生满意度高。 Objective To explore the application effect of clinical case picture display teaching method in the teaching of dermatology and venereology.Methods From May 2021 to May 2022,134 students from clinical undergraduate resident classes in 4 colleges and universities were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 67 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method of lectures,and the observation group adopted the teaching method of clinical case picture display.The results of the final academic ability assessment,the course teaching evaluation results and the satisfaction with the teaching methods were compared between the two groups of students.Results The students in the observation group had higher scores in the final academic ability assessment than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After stratification by gender,the grades of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in both boys and girls,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the proportion of students who believed that the teaching improved their interest in learning dermatology,helped to understand the difficulties and key points of basic concepts,and improved their ability to analyze and solve problems was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After being stratified according to gender,the results of the course teaching evaluation for boys and girls were consistent with the overall, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction with teaching methods in the observation group was 92.54%, which was higher than that in the control group, which was 70.15%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching method of clinical case picture display can improve the teaching effect of dermatology, stimulate students' interest in learning, consolidate the knowledge of dermatology, and the students' satisfaction is high.
