情景模拟+PBL教学法在儿科临床教学中的应用价值研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探析情景模拟+基于问题的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)在儿科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选择2020年12月—2022年4月大理大学第三附属医院儿科实习的40名医学生为研究对象,采用随机数字表发分为教改组、对照组,各20名。对照组采用传统教学模式培训,教改组采用模拟教学结合PBL教学方法。对比两组实习医师的理论及临床技能成绩、儿科临床核心能力与对教学满意度。结果教改组实习医师的理论考试、临床技能考试成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教改组实习医师各项临床核心能力(沟通、思维、团队合作、分析与解决问题能力)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教改组实习医师对教学满意率(90.00%)高于对照组(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟+PBL教学法在儿科临床教学中效果显著,可有效提高实习医师临床考核成绩,提升培训质量和教学满意度,为培养合格的儿科临床医师提供优质的教学模式。 Objective To explore the application value of scenario simulation+problem-based learning(PBL)in pediatric clinical teaching.Methods 40 medical students who practiced in the Department of Pediatrics of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from December 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into teaching reform group and control group by random number table,20 students in each group.The control group was trained in the traditional teaching mode,and the teaching reorganization group adopted the simulation teaching combined with the PBL teaching method.The theoretical and clinical skill scores,pediatric clinical core competence and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical test and clinical skills test scores of interns in the teaching reform group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various clinical core abilities(communication,thinking,teamwork,analysis and problem-solving ability)of interns in the teaching reform group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction rate of interns in the teaching reform group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Scenario simulation+PBL teaching method has a significant effect in pediatric clinical teaching,which can effectively improve the clinical assessment performance of interns,improve the quality of training and teaching satisfaction,and provide a high-quality teaching model for training qualified pediatric clinicians.
