评价PDCA管理对血液净化中心护士手卫生依从性的影响

摘要 目的探析在血液净化中心管理中实施PDCA管理对护士手卫生依从性等管理情况的影响。方法对赤峰市医院血液净化中心24名护士在不同管理模式下的工作情况进行分析,以PDCA管理模式实施与否作为研究阶段划分依据,2020年7月—2021年6月采用常规管理模式,作为对照组;2021年7月—2022年6月采用PDCA管理模式,作为观察组。对两组中相关指标数据资料进行对比分析。结果观察组手卫生概念、手卫生指征、手卫生消毒原则、七步洗手法,以及洗手时间及范围的掌握评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手卫生依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血液净化中心管理中实施PDCA管理可提高护士手卫生认知度以及依从性。 Objective To explore the impact of PDCA management on nurses'hand hygiene compliance in the management of blood purification centers.Methods The working conditions of 24 nurses in the blood purification center of Chifeng Hospital under different management modes were analyzed,and whether the PDCA management mode was implemented or not was used as the basis for the division of research stages.From July 2020 to June 2021,the conventional management mode was adopted as the control group.From July 2021 to June 2022,the PDCA management model was adopted as the observation group.The data of related indicators in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of hand hygiene concept,hand hygiene indications,hand hygiene and disinfection principles,seven-step hand washing method,and mastery of hand washing time and range in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hand hygiene compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing PDCA management in blood purification center management can improve nurses'hand hygiene awareness and compliance.
