心血管内科护理管理中风险因素分析及安全防范对策

Analysis of Risk Factors and Safety Precautions in Nursing Management of Cardiovascular Medicine

目的对心血管内科护理管理中的风险因素进行分析,并拟定主动性安全防范对策。方法选取2020年1月—2022年1月山东健康集团淄博医院心血管内科56名护理人员为研究对象,采用多因素Logistic回归分析法,对本院心血管内科护理风险管理的相关因素进行分析,并提出安全防范对策。结果多因素分析显示,年龄、职称、学历、工作年限、仪器、护士素质、系统管理及协作为本院心血管内科护理管理中的风险因素(P<0.05)。结论积极加强心血管内科护理中的安全管理,针对风险因素进行有效管理干预,对解决心血管内科护理中的安全隐患问题有显著的积极作用,有效保障患者安全。

Objective To analyze the risk factors in the nursing management of cardiovascular medicine,and to formulate active safety precautions.Methods Fifty-six nurses from the Cardiovascular Department of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Health Group from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The multivariate Logistic regression analysis method was used to analyze the related factors of nursing risk management in the cardiovascular medicine department of our hospital,and put forward safety precautions.Results Multivariate analysis showed that age,professional title,education,working years,equipment,nurse quality,system management and collaboration were the risk factors in the nursing management of cardiovascular medicine in our hospital(P<0.05).Conclusion Actively strengthening the safety management in the nursing of cardiovascular medicine and effective management intervention for risk factors have a significant positive effect on solving the hidden safety problems in the nursing of cardiovascular medicine,and effectively ensure the safety of patients.
