护理组长在层级管理中对血液科护理质量提升的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Nursing Team Leader on the Improvement of Nursing Quality of Hematology Department in Hierarchical Management

目的评估血液科层级管理中护理组长对于提升护理质量的价值。方法以巨野县人民医院15名血液科护理人员为研究对象,2021年7—12月期间实施普通层级管理,作为普通组,2022年1—6月期间增加护理组长,作为调查组。各管理内容落实后,评估护理质量、调查考核情况、统计安全事件、调查满意度。结果调查组4个维度护理质量评分高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.002、3.070、3.214、2.769,P=0.006、0.005、0.003、0.020)。调查组护理理论、护理实践考核评分高于普通组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.869、3.312,P=0.008、0.003)。调查组安全事件发生率为2.00%,低于普通组的9.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.714,P=0.030)。调查组护士满意度为100.00%、普通组为73.73%,调查组患者满意度为97.00%、普通组为89.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理组长很关键,将其纳入在层级管理中能提高护患满意度,保持高护理质量,也能减少血液科安全事件,增强护士专业技能。

Objective To evaluate the value of nursing team leaders in improving the quality of nursing in the hierarchical management of hematology department.Methods Fifteen nurses from the Department of Hematology in Juye County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.From July to December 2021,general level management will be implemented as a general group.From January to June 2022,the nursing team leader will be added as the investigation group.After the implementation of each management content,evaluate the quality of nursing,investigate and assess the situation,count safety incidents,and investigate satisfaction.Results The nursing quality scores of the four dimensions in the investigation group were higher than those in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.002,3.070,3.214,2.769,P=0.006,0.005,0.003,0.020).The scores of nursing theory and nursing practice in the investigation group were higher than those in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.869,3.312,P=0.008,0.003).The incidence of safety events in the investigation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 9.00%in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.714,P=0.030).The satisfaction rate of nurses in the investigation group was 100.00%and that in the general group was 73.73%;the satisfaction rate of patients in the investigation group was 97.00%and that in the general group was 89.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing team leader is very important, and their inclusion in hierarchical management can improve nurse-patient satisfaction, maintain high nursing quality, reduce safety incidents in blood department, and enhance nurses' professional skills.
