摘要
目的分析血液净化中心工作特点,评价层级管理价值。方法选择赤峰市医院血液净化中心24名护理工作人员为研究对象,2021年1—6月期间进行常规管理,作为对照组。2021年7—12月期间进行层级管理,作为观察组。对比两组护理指标评分及职业倦怠、压力源、压力应对方式等情况。结果观察组健康教育、病房管理、文书书写、基础护理、整体护理评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组职业倦怠(情绪耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感低落)、压力源评分(护理工作及专业、工作量及时间分配、工作环境与资源、护理、管理及人际关系)、压力应对方式(消极和积极自我应对方式)评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液净化中心使用层级管理对血液净化中心护理人员进行管理,改善了护理人员的职业倦怠、压力,提升了护理工作质量。
Objective To analyze the working characteristics of blood purification centers and evaluate the value of hierarchical management.Methods nursing staff of Chifeng Hospital Blood Purification Center were selected as the research subjects.from January to June 2021 were routinely managed as a control group.From July to December 2021 were managed hierarchically as an observation group.The nursing index scores and occupational burnout,stressors,and stress coping styles were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of health education,ward management,document writing,basic nursing and overall nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observation group burnout(emotional exhaustion,depersonalization,low sense of personal achievement),stressor score(nursing work and profession,workload and time allocation,work environment and resources,nursing,management and interpersonal relationship),stress coping style(negative and positive self-coping style)scores were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood purification center uses hierarchical management to manage the nursing staff in the blood purification center,which improves the job burnout and stress of the nursing staff,and improves the quality of nursing work.
