摘要
目的探析肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训中应用临床路径教学法的效果。方法选择2020年1月—2022年1月衡阳市中医医院肿瘤科接收的进行规范化培训的住院医师40名,按照随机信封分组法将其分为两组,参比组20名应用传统教学法,研究组20名应用临床路径教学法。分析两组肿瘤科规培医师教学后的考核成绩、工作能力、教学满意度。结果教学后,研究组规培医师的考核成绩、工作能力、教学满意度均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对肿瘤科规培医师进行教学时,应用临床路径教学法能够丰富规培医师专业知识,锻炼规培医师工作能力,提高教学满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the clinical pathway teaching method in the standardized training of oncology residents.Methods A total of 40 residents who received standardized training from the Oncology Department of Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.According to the random envelope grouping method,the physicians with regular training were divided into two groups.20 students in the reference group applied the traditional teaching method,and 20 students in the research group applied the clinical pathway teaching method.The assessment results,work ability,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of oncology trained physicians after teaching were analyzed.Results After teaching,the examination results,work ability and teaching satisfaction of the physicians in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of oncology physicians,the application of clinical pathway teaching method can enrich the professional knowledge of physicians,exercise the working ability of physicians,and improve the teaching satisfaction.
