摘要
目的探讨在骨科见习教学中应用以问题为导向的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)和微信辅助PBL教学的效果和影响。方法选择2019年4月—2021年4月黄梅县中医医院80名临床医学实习生,根据随机抽签法将其分为研究组和对照组,各40名。对照组医学生实施PBL教学法模式,研究组学生进行PBL教学法结合微信辅助教学,比较两组教学效果、授课效果、学生配合度情况以及满意度评分。结果对照组总有效率显著低于研究组的总有效率,研究组授课效果优于对照组的授课效果,对照组医学生学习配合度差于研究组的配合度,研究组对教学模式的满意度评分高于对照组的满意度评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信辅助PBL教学相比于PBL教学可以有效提高学生的教学效果和授课效果,增强学生的配合度并提高教学满意度,具有良好的见习授课效果。
Objective To explore the effect and influence of applying problem-based learning(PBL)and WeChat-assisted PBL teaching in orthopaedic trainee teaching.Methods Selected 80 clinical medical interns from Huangmei County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021.They were divided into a research group and a control group according to random drawing,with 40 students in each group.The medical students in the control group implemented the PBL teaching method,and the students in the research group implemented the PBL teaching method combined with WeChat-assisted teaching.The teaching effect,teaching effect,student cooperation and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency of the control group was significantly lower than that of the research group,and the teaching effect of the research group was better than that of the control group,the degree of cooperation of medical students in the control group was worse than that of the research group,and the satisfaction score with the teaching mode of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with PBL teaching,wechat-assisted PBL teaching can effectively improve students teaching effect,enhance students'cooperation and improve teaching satisfaction,and have a good internship teaching effect.
