研究PBL联合PDCA循环教学法在口腔科实习带教中的应用 被引量:4

Study on Application of PBL Combined with PDCA Cycle Teaching Method in the Practice Teaching of Stomatology

摘要 目的探讨对口腔科实习生采用以问题为导向的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)+戴明环[(P-Plan,计划;D-Do,执行;C-Check,检查;A-Act,处理),PDCA]循环教学法完成实习带教后获得的应用效果。方法选取2021年2—10月平邑县人民医院实习的50名口腔科实习生进行教学研究;随机分为常规组(采用传统教学模式)和研究组(采用PBL+PDCA循环教学法),各25名;比较实习生操作技能优良率、考核成绩(实践操作、理论基础、病例分析)、教学满意度(理论同实践结合能力、思维拓展能力、学习积极性、教学配合、问题解决能力、自主能力提升)评分。结果研究组实习生操作技能优良率(96.00%)高于常规组(68.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实践操作、理论基础、病例分析评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组理论同实践结合能力、思维拓展能力、学习积极性、教学配合、问题解决能力、自主能力提升评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL+PDCA循环教学法联合应用,可有效提高实习生全面素质水平,不断丰富理论及实践知识,提升口腔科实习生综合素质。 Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)+Deming Circle[(P-Plan,Plan;D-Do,Do;C-Check,Check;A-Act,Process),PDCA]Circular Pedagogy for dental interns after completing the practice and teaching.Methods 50 interns of the Department of Stomatology who practiced in Pingyi County People's Hospital from February to October 2021 were selected for teaching research.They were randomly divided into routine group(used the traditional teaching mode),the research group(used the PBL+PDCA cycle teaching method),each with 25 students.Compared the excellent rate of interns'operational skills,assessment results(practical operation,theoretical basis,case analysis),teaching satisfaction(the ability to combine theory with practice,thinking expansion ability,learning enthusiasm,teaching cooperation,problem-solving ability,and self-improvement)score.Results The excellent rate of interns'operation skills in the research group(96.00%)was higher than that in the routine group(68.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of practice operation,theoretical basis and case analysis in the research group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group scored higher than the routine group in the ability to combine theory with practice,thinking expansion ability,learning enthusiasm,teaching cooperation,problem-solving ability,and self-improvement,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of PBL+PDCA cycle teaching method can effectively improve the overall quality of interns, continuously enrich theoretical and practical knowledge, and improve the overall quality of interns in the department of Stomatology.
