基于现代医院物流管理系统构建与完善探讨

Discussion on the Construction and Improvement of Logistics Management System Based on Modern Hospital

在现代社会背景下,医院管理方式发生了较大变化,尤其在物流管理方面引进了现代化物流管理理念,将现代化物流管理概念融入其中对医院构建一体化的现代化物流管理系统有重要作用,可降低成本,提高管理效率,能够达到为患者提供高质量、安全的就医环境的目的。但是,目前医院物流管理中还存在较多问题,在物流营运成本、监管制度等方面缺乏协调性、统一性,管理体系并不完善,导致工作效率不高。对此,本文基于医院物流管理现状,以现代化管理理念为导向,探究完善与构建现代化医院物流管理系统的方法。

Under the background of modern society,the hospital management mode has undergone great changes,especially the introduction of modern logistics management concepts in logistics management.Incorporating the concept of modern logistics management into it plays an important role in building an integrated modern logistics management system for hospitals,which can reduce costs,improve management efficiency,and achieve the purpose of providing patients with a high-quality and safe medical environment.However,there are still many problems in the hospital logistics management at present.There is a lack of coordination and unity in logistics operation cost and supervision system,and the management system is not perfect,resulting in low work efficiency.In this regard,based on the current situation of hospital logistics management and guided by the modern management concept,this paper explores the methods of perfecting and constructing a modern hospital logistics management system.
