长江经济带经济高质量发展水平评价及障碍因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 从经济发展、社会成果、生态环境三个维度构建经济高质量发展评价体系,运用熵权TOPSIS模型对2011年—2019年长江经济带经济高质量发展水平进行测度,并通过障碍度模型识别长江经济带经济高质量发展的主要障碍因素.研究结果表明,上海市、江苏省、浙江省经济高质量发展水平最高,安徽省、湖南省经济高质量发展水平较低,上游地区重庆市经济高质量发展水平较高;长江经济带经济高质量发展的障碍因素主要集中于经济发展维度的对外开放指标.为进一步促进长江经济带经济高质量发展,提出各地区实施差异化的发展战略、推进高水平对外开放、加快绿色发展进程等建议. The evaluation system of high-quality economic development is constructed from three dimensions of economic development,social outcomes and ecological environment.The entropy weight TOPSIS model is used to measure the high-quality economic development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011 to 2019,and the main obstacle factors of high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt are identified by the obstacle degree model.The results shows that Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces have a higher level of high-quality economic development,Anhui and Hunan provinces have a lower level of high-quality economic development,and Chongqing in the upstream region has a higher level of high-quality economic development.Obstacles to the high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt mainly focus on the indicators of opening up in the dimension of economic development.In order to further promote high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,some suggestions are put forward for various regions to implement differentiated development strategies,promote high-level opening-up,and accelerate the process of green development.
