颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉搭桥术治疗闭塞性脑血管疾病的研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 闭塞性脑血管疾病是由于动脉粥样硬化导致脑血管管腔闭塞引起脑供血不足继而出现神经功能障碍的疾病,脑血管搭桥作为治疗闭塞性脑血管疾病的方法之一,通过血管搭桥技术可以改善患侧脑供血,近年来该技术越来越受到关注,但目前对脑血管搭桥技术治疗闭塞性脑血管疾病仍有很多探讨的地方。本文旨对颞浅动脉-大脑中动脉搭桥术(STA-MCA)治疗闭塞性脑血管疾病的历史发展、应用及其预后效果进行整理归纳,为该术式在临床的应用提供指导。 Occlusive cerebrovascular disease is a disease caused by cerebral vascular occlusion caused by atherosclerosis,which leads to insufficient cerebral blood supply and then neurological dysfunction.Cerebrovascular bypass is one of the methods for the treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular disease.Vascular bypass technology can improve the cerebral blood supply of the affected side.In recent years,this technology has attracted more and more attention,but there are still many places to discuss the treatment of cerebrovascular disease by cerebrovascular bypass technology.This paper aims to summarize the historical development,application and prognosis of superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery(STA-MCA)bypass in the treatment of occlusive cerebrovascular diseases,and provide guidance for the clinical reference of this operation.
